Collaborate with other members of the team to provide best practice recommendations to customers.

Prepare Photoshop files as required, slicing/resizing images.

Build emails using templates.
Create HTML emails, JavaScript and inline CSS.

BA/BS in Web Design and Development, Web Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency.
4+ years' experience in complex HTML Email development a MUST have
Strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Relational Database experience.
Experience developing emails on various Email platforms.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, SQL, and relational database fundamentals.
Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code templates and design and execute test plans.
Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals.
Ability to understand business goals and translate technical and non-technical information to and from clients.
