Job Summary

Own in-store lead generation and customer education for LeafFilter retail, driving weekend traffic and hitting targets with high-energy product demos and autonomous execution.

In-store Lead Generation: Generate high quality leads through on-floor interactions and pre-scheduled shifts.
Customer Education & Demos: Engage potential buyers with energetic product demonstrations and clear value messaging.
Performance & Autonomy: Meet targets without close supervision while keeping the manager informed and using the proven system to convert interest into leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers.
Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed.
Meet predetermined performance goals.
Generate high quality leads for our industry leading products.

Requirements

Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Attention to detail and punctual
Smartphone required
Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation.
