Develop reports and analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support go-to-market planning for key business initiatives through audience strategy, channel planning, and testing recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Editorial, Membership, Design, and Analytics to execute marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign planning, creative testing, reporting, and marketing workflows while identifying new opportunities to scale growth.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, paid media, or a related field.
Basic understanding of paid media and customer acquisition across platforms such as Meta and Google.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
