Responsibilities

Project management of specific projects and initiatives, including patient and HCP tactics
Development and execution of NMOSD Patient programming and webinars
Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring materials undergoing the internal Alexion approval process for commercial materials
Management of NMOSD marketing budget
Manage cross-functional coordination with other Alexion line functions (e.g. clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, sales) focused on key customer segments
Communicate effectively to all levels of Alexion staff and management
Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s policies and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead
Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

Preferred

Must have 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience in managing external agencies and/or vendors on a day-to-day basis and budget management
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
