We believe building a future we actually want will depend on more than training technology—it will depend on training people.We do this by rapidly orienting, preparing and connecting the brightest minds with their best next step, whether that’s building technical solutions, better policy, or tools for societal resilience. Since 2021, we have trained over 5,000 people worldwide, from engineers and biosecurity specialists to economists and policymakers. That expert talent is now working on critical challenges at organisations like Anthropic, Google DeepMind, and the UK's AI Security Institute.
