VANTAGE Aging (formerly Mature Services) promotes successful aging by providing the highest quality programs and services to support, strengthen, and empower adults as they age. It took the Baby Boom Generation to make mature workers a hot topic, but some organizations have focused on this employment niche for decades. VANTAGE Aging is one such agency.
