Responsibilities

Manage 15–20 major trade shows annually, overseeing logistics, booth design, shipping, travel, sponsorships, and team coordination
Launch and execute smaller, high-impact local events such as dinners, golf outings, and sporting events
Oversee and optimize a ~$600K annual events budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across all events
Capture and promote stories, photos, and video content from events to showcase LettrLabs’ people, customers, and wins
Build community by fostering authentic connections with customers, prospects, and partners
Partner with Sales to align event strategy with revenue goals and report on pipeline and ROI

Requirements

3–6 years in event or field marketing with full-cycle ownership of trade shows and events
Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
Excellent communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable capturing and promoting content
Willingness to consistently travel throughout the year
