Job Summary

Own and coordinate brand marketing support across Rural Region, partnerships, and industry communications, driving campaign tracking, reporting, asset management, and meeting prep.

Job Description

Responsibilities

general administrative tasks
Support with coordination and execution of Rural Region and Partnership Meetings, ensuring effective scheduling, preparation, notetaking, and follow-up
Assist with program reporting and help identify and develop new partnership opportunities

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate professionally in a team-oriented office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with prior exposure to collaborative project management platforms like Monday.com preferred.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to brand marketing efforts.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce or other contact management systems is a plus.
Previous internship or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Education equivalent to a high school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
