Coordinate and support airport and on-site photo/video production, handling prep, asset management, and on-camera coordination to keep shoots moving quickly and compliantly, including airport background-check requirements.

• Production prep & on-set support: assist with camera, lighting, audio, and related gear setup.
• Media workflow: label, import, transfer, back up, and review footage; select B-roll.
• Production coordination: help create shot lists, maintain production notes, and track project status.
