Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, optimization, and management of product marketing web experiences across investment products and platforms.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital experiences, with a focus on AI search, LLMs, acquisition, engagement, and product conversion.
Manage the implementation of web updates, content enhancements, and experience optimizations.
Partner with product marketers to translate business objectives and marketing strategies into effective digital experiences.
Collaborate with AI SMEs, channel teams, creative agencies, and publishing partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to drive business results.
Ensure digital experiences are aligned with brand standards, marketing objectives, and client needs.

Requirements

Extensive experience in marketing. Marketing in financial services or other highly regulated industry is preferred.
Proven experience developing the marketing strategy, creative direction, and execution of digital experiences and web pages.
Experience project managing end-to-end web content process
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Knowledge of AI search, large language models (LLMs), and digital experience optimization techniques that improve content discoverability and performance.
Experience in project management, or a related role, preferably within a regulated industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence a broad range of stakeholders without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong project management, execution, and risk-management capabilities.
