Job Summary
Coordinate and lead internal brand communications to engage the workforce and align across Inspire brands.
- Own development and execution of internal brand communications across Shared Services and brand leaders.
- Must-have: Strong writing across formats and executive-focused communications.
- Standout: Experience coordinating large-scale conferences and cross-functional town halls.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand internal communication strategies and programs that engage, inspire, and align team members with the brand’s vision, priorities, and key initiatives.
- Lead content strategy for brand meetings and events, including annual conventions.
- Work closely with select leaders across Shared Services leaders, and brand leaders, on communications, including newsletters, announcements, and talking points.
- Manage the BWW GO Communications Associate Manager
- Collaborate with other Managers across the Inspire Communications team to coordinate communication of large-scale communications initiatives.
- Lead content development for large-scale brand conferences and conventions, as well as town halls and other brand meetings.
