Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion initiatives within retail locations
Build brand awareness while educating customers on products, services, and current promotions
Identify customer needs and deliver outstanding customer service
Assist with customer acquisition efforts and business development initiatives
Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, sales, leadership, and professional development

Requirements

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (0–3 years of experience)
Full-time availability required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
