Job Summary

Own a cross-account client services and media relations program, driving integrated campaigns, proactive media storytelling, and data-driven reporting with a focus on mentoring teammates and staying ahead of industry trends.

Client Services & Campaign Leadership: Lead day-to-day program work for multiple accounts, coordinating with client teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Media Relations & Narrative Development: Maintain relationships, pitch compelling angles, and apply Be There Before to anticipate client opportunities.
Team Development & Measurement: Coach associates, produce client-ready materials, and deliver measurement-driven insights for stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The Manager leads day-to-day program and project work for up to four accounts, coordinating with client teams and internal staff to drive results.
Works with client and team to consistently implement communications strategies and integrated campaigns that drive results.
Maintains excellent media relationships and develops and pitches compelling story angles.
Hones client service skills and planning expertise, collaborating with strategic account leads.
Produces client-ready materials, thoughtful analysis, and data-driven measurement reports.
Practices INK's Be There Before methodology, staying ahead of industry trends and sharing insights with teams and clients.
Embodies INK values and culture while committing to professional development and mentoring associates through day-to-day coaching.
Is a member of the client services and media relations teams, reporting to and coaching by Director/VP-level executives.
Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

5+ years of full-time communications experience, agency setting preferred
Experience in B2B, tech, and/or renewable energy, preferred
Experience with client relations
Excellent writing skills, clear communicator
Strong pitching skills and media relationships
Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities
Ability to learn and understand client industries and complex, technical topics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
