Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage operational projects that advance the team’s performance including budget tracking, marketing initiative execution, and trade association payments with Finance coordination.
Serve as the primary coordinator for Zoetis’ Copy Review Clearance (CRC) process for beef, vetting marketing materials from briefs to final approvals and distributing assets to the U.S. field force.
Support Marketing Leadership in day-to-day relationships with partner agencies and internal/external suppliers.
Act as document lifecycle business analyst, coordinating approval and distribution of marketing materials and technical presentations with research, reporting, benchmarking and analyses.
Collaborate with the marketing agency and Zoetis digital teams to establish metrics for marketing communications programs to measure effectiveness.
Implement logistics for cattle events and activities including trade shows, customer, and internal meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-5 years of internship or related work experience with operational task proficiency, accuracy, and timeliness
Experience developing marketing communication materials, campaigns, project management, operational optimization and execution, and budget/invoicing
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with excellent planning skills and timely project completion
Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated teamwork in matrix environments
Proven budget tracking and management ability; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools

Preferred

Experience with Adobe design tools and Veeva Vault is preferred but not required
