Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent Jimmy John's at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Engage directly with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and encourage trial and repeat purchases.
Coordinate with marketing and store teams to plan and execute sampling campaigns and local promotions.
Utilize social media platforms to share brand content, interact with followers, and amplify promotional efforts.
Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various event locations within assigned regions.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and comfort using them for brand promotion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred

Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with the food service industry or quick-service restaurant environment.
Proficiency in creating engaging social media content and managing online communities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
