Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional marketing campaigns and live events
- Represent client brands professionally at retail locations, community events, trade shows, and promotional activations
- Engage directly with customers to promote products, services, and special offers
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives through face-to-face marketing
- Coordinate event setup, logistics, event execution, and breakdown activities
- Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign objectives and performance goals
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and campaign data to support future marketing strategies
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all promotional events
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional brand experiences
Requirements
- No previous marketing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or events is a plus but not required
