Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include researching audiences, shaping messaging, producing high-quality content such as articles, landing pages, newsletters, and social posts, and creating AI Agents to support content operations and internal workflows.
- The apprentice will support campaign planning, publishing workflows, and performance reporting, using data to iterate on topics, formats, and distribution.
- Apprentices will work closely with senior team members and receive structured feedback while owning defined deliverables from brief to publish.
- The role is ideal for someone who can blend strong writing with analytical thinking, is comfortable learning fast in technical domains, and is excited to grow repeatable systems that drive awareness and demand.
Requirements
- AI-Assisted Content Workflows familiarity with AI tools for content research, drafting, image generation, and workflow automation is a meaningful advantage.
- The ability to integrate these tools into a production process — rather than treat them as novelties — is what we are looking for.
- Influencer Marketing is central to how LunarTech extends its reach into new communities.
- The right candidate understands how to identify, approach, and build productive relationships with creators whose audiences align with our work — and knows how to structure those partnerships to produce results.
- Social Media Optimisation and Growth are treated here as technical disciplines, not instincts.
- Content Creation across video, image, and audio is a core production requirement.
- The apprentice will be expected to produce and direct content in all three formats, either directly or in close coordination with production resources.
- Video Editing proficiency is required.
- YouTube Channel Growth is a primary objective, with methodology for content strategy, SEO, thumbnails, retention analysis, and community engagement.
- Copywriting and Long-Form Content capability across formats — including editorial articles, landing page copy, email sequences, and newsletters.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools for content research, drafting, image generation, and workflow automation is a meaningful advantage
- Experience identifying, approaching, and building productive relationships with creators whose audiences align with our work
- Experience growing a channel with a meaningful audience is a strong signal
- Working understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, posting cadence, and the feedback loops that separate accounts that compound from those that plateau
