Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and go-to-market plans in partnership with the VP of Marketing & Brand.
Coordinate campaign execution across Marketing & Brand, Sales Enablement, Creative, Business Development, and external partners.
Manage campaign calendars and marketing priorities to ensure projects stay on track.
Lead cross-functional meetings and proactively remove roadblocks to execution.
Coordinate cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch measurement.
Partner with leadership to translate product strategy into actionable marketing plans.
Develop launch checklists, enablement timelines, and campaign workflows.
Ensure Sales and Business Development teams are equipped with timely messaging, content, and resources.
Own HubSpot CRM administration and marketing campaign operations.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, campaign management, or revenue marketing
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams
Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and attribution
Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Preferred

Experience launching B2B products or services
Experience supporting paid media campaigns
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
Experience working in branded merchandise, promotional products, agency, or adjacent industries
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Hive, Monday.com, etc.
