Job Summary
Own on-site brand representation and customer education at events, combining hands-on pour duties with logistics and materials management to ensure a polished, consistent beer experience on the floor.
- Event Execution: Educate attendees about beers and the Company while maintaining a professional presence.
- Operations & Setup: Manage pouring stations, displays, and related equipment at events.
- Product Experience: Pour beers, distribute materials, discuss beer characteristics, and support sales as needed.
Job Description
- Engage with customers at events to educate them on our beers and our Company.
- Set-up, break down and clean pouring stations at event site.
- Transport and maintain table display, equipment and materials.
- Pour beers, hand out promotional materials, be able to discuss the beer characteristics.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
- Support Sales staff, as needed.
- Attend brewery training events to stay current with offerings.
- Perform other business related duties as assigned.
