Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital marketing, campaign, content, or social-media activities relevant to the role.
- Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.
- Prepare content or campaign updates that follow brand guidelines and documented requirements.
- Review performance data and help translate results into practical next steps.
- Collaborate remotely with creative, sales, operations, or client-facing stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
Preferred
- Strong candidates for the Marketing Coordinator position will be comfortable using skills such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Content Marketing, Social Media, Campaign Management, Email Marketing.
