Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute curated events and experiences (both in-person and virtual)
- Support sourcing and onboarding of founders, operators, and investors
- Build relationships across the startup and tech ecosystem
- Contribute to strategies that grow and engage the Catalyst community
- Act as a connector between members, partners, and the Catalyst team
Requirements
- Highly motivated and proactive—someone who takes initiative without being told
- Interested in startups, venture capital, or finance
- Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Preferred
- Bonus: experience with events, communities, or campus organizations
