Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the executive to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans and critical initiatives, translating objectives into actionable plans. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic opportunities.
- Operational Excellence & Efficiency : Optimize operational efficiency by identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing systems to maximize resources and proactively resolve issues.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central communication intermediary, managing information flow, drafting communications, and acting as a primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
- Meeting & Event Management: Organize and facilitate leadership meetings and key executive events, preparing materials, and ensuring effective follow-up on decisions and action items.
- Advisory & Support: Act as a tactical and strategic advisor to the executive, providing input on new ideas and initiatives, and representing the executive as needed.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, consulting, an executive support role, or other relevant experience, preferably within a complex organizational structure.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, operations, strategy, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong background in developing executive-level presentations and communications.
- Experience in marketing operations or a similar orchestration role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MS) or equivalent advanced degree
