Job Summary

Own and scale international SEO and performance services through strategy, multiregional delivery, and client-facing insights.

Growth ownership: lead audits, keyword research, content gap analyses, and competitive reviews with clear recommendations for multiple regions.
Team enablement and delivery: mentor juniors and coordinate global production to execute regional strategies with stakeholders and partners.
Measurement and tools: set up dashboards with the data analyst and deliver monthly performance insights for clients and internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work alongside the account management to help grow international SEO/performance services to both existing and prospective clients by contributing to client pitches and strategic proposals
Mentor and aid junior team members in both client services and production departments
Lead research and strategy (audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, content gap analyses) and present findings and recommendations confidently to senior colleagues and clients
Oversee successful execution of multiregional strategies by our global digital production teams, liaising with client HQ, local stakeholders and agency partners if needed
Own performance monitoring and reporting of assigned accounts: work with the digital data analyst to set up performance monitoring dashboards and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Continuously research and select the best tools and templates to support our SEO offering and incorporate those into existing workflows and processes
Keep up to date on SEO trends, technologies and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Requirements

Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and dynamic with careful attention to detail
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals
Demonstrate an ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team and take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings
Confident making strategic recommendations, and comfortable in client calls, meetings and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO
Experience client-side in the retail or travel industries or agency-side servicing international clients
Confident with coordinating internal teams, competent giving feedback and having difficult conversations with colleagues and clients
Confident making strategic recommendations and competent in client calls, meetings and presentations
Experience auditing websites, performing keyword research and competitor analyses to determine the best strategic approach to improve SEO performance
Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with industry tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Omniture)

Preferred

Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Knowledge of MS Project
Experience in digital copywriting and conversion optimization
Experience in genAI custom assistant/agent creation for SEO workflow and processes
