Job Summary
Own media relations, event support, and collateral design for hospital communications while coordinating with printers and vendors.

- Supports admin, productivity, and physician practice projects
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Writing articles and taking photos for hospital physician, employee and consumer publications
- Writing and distributing press releases
- Designing fliers, postcards, invitations, etc. for hospital events and programs
- Planning and implementing special events (community seminars, races/walks, etc.)
- Assisting media on campus & coordinating media logistics
- Working with printers and other vendors
- Assisting with a variety of projects in Productivity Management, Finance or Administration
- Assist with projects related to Physician Practices or Hospital Departments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Work Hours:: 8:30-5
Preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Marketing
- Junior or Senior Marketing or Communications majors (or similar/related fields) or recent graduates preferred.
- Candidates must have good academic performance.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.
- Graphic Design
- Graphic Design majors or recent graduates preferred.
