Job Summary

Own loyalty marketing development and cross-brand execution with a focus on calendar-driven campaigns and gift-card touchpoints.

Growth/ownership: plan and execute loyalty programs across all brands with calendar management and cross-functional partnerships.
Operational discipline: maintain briefs, templates, and collateral; ensure campaigns hit business objectives and branding guidelines.
Testing and partnerships: identify testing opportunities and manage vendor collaborations for loyalty and gift-card programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of Loyalty Marketing Plans across all DICK'S Brands
Supports the development and leads the execution of the annual marketing plans for all loyalty programs across all brands.
Responsible for management and communication of monthly marketing/content calendar
Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with appropriate teams to identify and execute engaging loyalty campaigns and communications.
Develop effective and clear creative templates/briefs for email and direct mail channels to ensure campaigns are on target and deliver against business needs.
Partner with project management leads to ensure projects are on track; identify risks, mitigate issues and identify solutions to problems as they arise.
Review all loyalty marketing for accuracy and ensure it aligns with the stated business objective and is consistent with loyalty branding guidelines.
Monitor and manage in-store signage inventory across all DICK'S brands/store locations, including new store Grand Openings.
Responsible for all field communications across all loyalty programs.
Assist in the forward thinking of loyalty marketing and identify testing opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business-related degree
3-5 years of experience
