- Own always-on listening, engagement, and reputation management using Sprinklr, Plot, and Meltwater to inform action.
- Partner with editorial and creative teams to deliver authentic, on-brand interactions at scale and through data-driven reporting.
- Develop governance, coaching, and a high-performing team culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Own and optimize social engagement at scale by turning listening into action for brand moments, guarding reputation in real time, and driving measurable impact through a high-performing team.
- Responsibilities: Lead always-on, proactive engagement that meets consumers in cultural and brand moments
- Responsibilities: Oversee community management and escalation workflows for reputational risks, protecting the brand in real time
- Responsibilities: Guide the team to deliver authentic, on-brand interactions via scalable frameworks
- Responsibilities: Serve as day-to-day partner to the in-house editorial team and creative agency to bring engagement to life
- Responsibilities: Act as subject matter expert for Sprinklr across listening, engagement and reporting
- Responsibilities: Leverage new technology to improve speed, quality and scale
- Responsibilities: Ensure data quality and governance standards
- Responsibilities: Mine opportunities using tools including Sprinklr, Plot and Meltwater
- Responsibilities: Identify trends, risks and engagement moments to inform action
- Responsibilities: Deliver clear, concise reporting on themes, insights and business impact
- Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Responsibilities: Foster accountability, strong judgment and a culture of continuous improvement
- Requirements: 5+ years of experience in social media-focused roles, particularly those that involved building a strong social community
- Requirements: Hands ‑ on experience with enterprise social platforms and listening tools; Sprinklr expertise required
- Requirements: Strong understanding of social platforms, culture and reputation dynamics
- Requirements: Ability to translate listening data into clear, actionable insights
- Requirements: Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
- Requirements: Clear, concise communicator and collaborative partner
