Job Summary
Own the local event growth through LA-area networks, social promotion, and community-building for live shows and parties.
- Growth & Community Building: Leverage a LA-area networks and online communities to build a loyal attendee base and drive repeat events.
- Event Promotion & Attendance: Own cross-channel promotion on Partiful, Eventbrite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Events, Discord, Meetup to maximize registrations and ticket sales.
- Platform & Channel Management: Create buzz before events, encourage referrals, and expand reach through personal networks and group messaging.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote events through social media, direct messages, text messages, email, and personal outreach
- Invite local Los Angeles attendees to events
- Drive ticket sales and event registrations
- Share event flyers, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Create excitement and buzz leading up to events
- Utilize platforms such as Partiful, Eventbrite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Events, Discord, Meetup, and other online communities
- Encourage attendees to invite friends and expand event reach
- Help build and grow local event communities
Requirements
- 5,000+ social media followers
- Large personal, professional, or community network in Los Angeles
- Experience promoting events, nightlife, concerts, festivals, or parties
- Proven ability to drive event attendance and ticket sales
- Familiarity with platforms such as Partiful, Eventbrite, Meetup, Facebook Events, Discord, or similar tools
Preferred
