Collaborate on content ideas, messaging, and direction
Creates scripts and content ideation

Ability to produce high-quality video content
Reliable availability for consistent content creation
Willingness to learn, iterate, and improve quickly
Comfortable and confident on camera
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly
Access to a high-quality camera setup (smartphone is acceptable with good lighting and professional audio)
