Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
- Collaborating with the marketing team on product management initiatives to enhance product visibility and performance
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing strategies
- Participate in product management activities, including product launches and promotional events
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement
- Monitor performance marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Preferred
- A background or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food service or event marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
