Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO for a site build and migration: redirect mapping, URL architecture, and technical QA
- Build and run our AEO/GEO strategy: schema, structured data, and content optimized for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
- Own keyword and content strategy across solutions and industry pages, including editorial quality control over agency- and AI-generated content
- Direct content production across internal, freelance, and tool-assisted sources
- Own ongoing technical SEO: audits, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and indexation health
- Report organic performance in HubSpot and GA4, tied to qualified pipeline
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience leading SEO on a site migration or domain consolidation
- Working fluency in AEO/GEO and structured data
- Strong writing and editing skills with sound editorial judgment
- Command of the standard stack: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
- WordPress and HubSpot experience
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a function on a lean, fast-moving team
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
