Responsibilities

Create, capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and visual content (graphics, carousels, thumbnails) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, maintaining a consistent and engaging posting cadence.
Own and manage Quikaid’s social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and maintaining a consistent content calendar aligned with company initiatives.
Manage and grow Quikaid’s YouTube channel, including uploading and optimizing Shorts and long-form content with compelling titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions while managing community engagement (comments, messages, reviews) in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a “brand champion” by ensuring all organic content aligns with established brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and executives to source content ideas, plan content calendars, and support paid campaigns and initiatives.
Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, views) and iterate on creative concepts through testing and optimization.
Maintain organized content libraries and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5+ years of experience in social media content creation and managing of social media platforms
Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video content from concept through publishing.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and current content trends.
Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions and persuasive messaging.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio showcasing professional social media campaigns, short-form video work, and measurable engagement or growth results will be requested.
