Job Summary
Own local outreach and referral-network development for senior in-home care, building partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and community groups to drive inbound inquiries and align with growth goals.
- Partnership Ecosystem: Develop and maintain referral sources and new collaboration opportunities.
- Outreach & Events: Represent the brand at community gatherings and industry events to generate awareness and leads.
- Education & Messaging: Educate families on in-home care benefits and Right at Home’s services while refining strategies based on results.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Promote Right at Home Cleveland West’s services through community outreach, networking events, and presentations.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and establish strong referral channels.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Work closely with the internal team to align marketing and outreach efforts with business goals.
- Track outreach efforts and analyze effectiveness to refine strategies as needed.
- Educate potential clients and families on the benefits of in-home care and Right at Home’s unique services.
Requirements
- Experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Cleveland West area to attend meetings and events.
