Job Summary
Own on-site retail sales by engaging customers, tailoring product recommendations, answering questions, and driving new sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport, identify needs, and guide shoppers toward suitable products in-store.
- Product & Pricing Knowledge: Provide accurate answers on features, pricing, and availability to close sales.
- Sales Generation & Growth: Proactively generate new opportunities and convert inquiries into transactions.
