Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1st Priority - 30%
- Assist Retail Marketing Manager with the coordination of all advertising programs and activities, including dealer marketing group meetings, DAS and regional marketing stimulation fund tracking.
- 2nd Priority - 20%
- Prepare and distribute regional reports to monitor sales, digital KPIs/sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and training activities.
- 3rd Priority - 20%
- Ad-hoc projects as requested by regional management.
- 4th Priority - 15%
- Administration of regional promotions, auto shows, training and incentive programs.
- 5th Priority - 10%
- Administer special incentive programs, including the communication of all regional marketing and incentive programs to dealers, DSM’s, regional and corporate staff, monitoring of payments, and enforcing policies and procedures with dealers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience required.
- 0-3 years’ work or internship experience required.
- Wholesale automotive, merchandising, marketing or advertising experience is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by company.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- High level of organizational, planning and analytical skills.
- Strong PC knowledge in Windows-based environment to include MS Office software with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point.
