Job Summary

Drive and lead Prestige Windows\u2019 door-to-door canvassing effort, coordinating teams and daily routes.

  • Own the canvassing program from planning to execution, including team supervision.
  • Must-have: Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing at Team Lead/Manager level.
  • Standout: Direct oversight of canvasser training, scheduling, and performance coaching.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
  • Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
  • Conduct daily meetings
  • Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows, doors and roofing
  • Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
