Support the Communications Department by helping develop social media content and campaigns, craft captions for target audiences, monitor daily engagement, and assist with photo/video production and other related duties.

Own content creation and campaign support
Monitor daily engagement and respond appropriately

Responsibilities

Under supervision, the social media intern will assist the Communications Department in developing Social Media Content and Campaigns for the agency Social media Platforms.
Write social media captions that speak to our target audience
Strong written, verbal, communication, and teamwork skills
Take photos and assist with photo/video content
Monitor social media content and engagement daily to ensure we are providing timely and appropriate replies and interaction with our followers
Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred

Proficient in Social Media skills required; will train on organization-level social media, but must have a working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Experience in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe etc.
Attention to detail and copywriting skills
Great written and oral communication skills.
