Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with community members at retail locations and promotional events
Represent charitable organizations and educate the public about campaign initiatives
Assist with supporter acquisition and fundraising efforts
Deliver exceptional customer and donor experiences through professional interactions
Learn leadership and team development skills through mentorship and hands-on training
Stay informed on campaign goals, nonprofit missions, and community outreach initiatives
Collaborate with team members to achieve event and fundraising objectives
Support event setup, execution, and daily operations as needed

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth
Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, sales, or leadership is a plus, but not required
