Job Description
Drive Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle and align marketing with sales.
- Own end-to-end lead lifecycle, fixing tracking gaps and optimizing conversion points.
- Must-have: 4–6 years in Marketing/Revenue Ops in SaaS with lead lifecycle expertise.
- Standout: Cross-functional liaison and scalable SOPs to align marketing and sales.
- 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS-based company, with a proven track record of managing lead lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, and automated routing.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between marketing and sales leadership.
- Strategic thinker with a deep technical foundation in marketing technology and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document scalable operational processes (SOPs).
- Professional certifications in Salesforce (Admin) or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot); experience in the SaaS or healthcare industry is a plus.
