Job Summary
Owns enterprise marketing strategy and ROI architecture to drive regulated healthcare growth, coordinating channels, campaigns, and analytics to lift referrals and admissions while ensuring CMS and healthcare compliance.
- Growth & ROI: Own enterprise marketing strategy, performance marketing, and analytics to optimize ROI and referrals/admissions.
- Channel & Campaigns: Drive integrated campaigns across paid media, digital, and traditional channels to generate leads and demand.
- Enable Sales & Compliance: Equip field sales with compliant marketing tools and ensure CMS/regulatory alignment across activities.
