Responsibilities
- You’ll own Mutiny’s growth system as a product surface.
- That means everything from how users first experience the product, to how they get to value, to how they convert and expand.
- You’ll identify where the system breaks, and ship the changes to fix it.
- You’ll work closely with engineering to get experiments live quickly—onboarding flows, product defaults, lifecycle loops, pricing, and more.
- You’ll also take what works and turn it into something repeatable. Systems, not one-off wins.
- You’ll leave the product better than you found it.
