Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reputation Management: Monitor platforms (X, Reddit), address negative comments, and highlight positive initiatives to maintain trust.
- Crisis & Transparency: Manage challenging situations quickly and transparently with factual information to avoid escalation.
- Narrative Craft: Develop clear, consistent messages to articulate the brand’s core value and resonate with audiences.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage internal and external relationships to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- PR Operations: Oversee all public relations activities, including community inquiries, to maintain a positive public image.
- Measurement & Insight: Track, analyze, and report on PR results with actionable summaries.
- 5-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably with an agency or in-house, collaborating with clients in sectors such as crypto, technology, consumer finance, financial services, venture capital, entertainment, or gaming.
- Solid understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and key blockchain protocols
- Demonstrated success in enhancing the brand’s reputation, managing challenging situation in the social media platform
- Established relationships with media outlets and influencers
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
