Job Summary

Drive an end-to-end social presence by owning content strategy, multimedia production, and community engagement while using data-driven insights to optimize publishing and growth across platforms.

Content & Creative: own monthly calendars, production, and publishing.
Community & Engagement: monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a vibrant community.
Analytics & Optimization: track performance and translate metrics into actionable improvements.

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our brand goals.
Multimedia Production: Film high-quality videos and snap photos using a smartphone or professional camera; edit reels, TikToks, and static posts.
Community Management: Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster active community engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, and conversion; provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.
Content Ownership: Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
