Own end-to-end content migration, preserving structure and data integrity.
Must-have: Proven large-scale migration experience with a CMS (Drupal preferred).
Standout: 5,000+ pages migrated with SEO-friendly redirects and URL structure knowledge.

Migrate large volumes of content into the CMS while maintaining structure and integrity
Ensure SEO performance is preserved during and after migration
Restructure and optimize content for improved usability and user experience
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and formatting
Collaborate with UX, development, and content teams to ensure alignment
Identify and resolve content inconsistencies or migration issues

Experience migrating thousands of pages (5,000+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices during migrations (redirects, metadata, URL structure)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance)
Experience with migration tools, scripts, or automation techniques
