Job Summary
Own end-to-end campaign performance and management for retargeting programs, including pre/post-launch analysis, ongoing optimization, and supporting quarterly business reviews, collaborating with Account Management, Tech Solutions, and Product.
- Own analysis and optimization across retargeting campaigns
- Coordinate with Account Management and Product teams to prepare QBRs
- Drive data-driven improvements and scalable processes
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign performance / analysis: Ensure optimal performance for our customers’ retargeting campaign by performing pre-launch / post-launch analysis. Conduct regular audits of accounts and continuous optimization of campaign performance and scale. Ensure best-in-class strategies are applied across our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices. Address requests submitted by the Account management team in a timely and high-quality manner. Support Account management team in building and presenting QBR decks to customers.
- Campaign management: Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities (budget and performance monitoring). Launch of new campaigns. Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech, Gaming, or related industries
- Strong command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace
- English at native-level proficiency
- Sharp analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excel in process optimization, organization, and time management
- Operate with a strong customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit

- SQL knowledge is a plus
