Responsibilities

• Social Media Content & Production
• Create engaging original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Capture and edit short-form video, photography, graphics, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop compelling player features, supporter stories, trending content, and community highlights.
• Produce platform-specific content that reflects the club's brand and personality.
• Social Strategy & Audience Growth
• Execute daily content calendars supporting both professional teams.
• Identify social trends, viral opportunities, and culturally relevant conversations.
• Develop creative campaigns designed to increase followers, engagement, reach, and ticket sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on audience insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred; strong portfolio or equivalent experience considered.
• Experience producing social content for sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong video editing, photography, copywriting, and graphic design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and/or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to identify trends, create engaging content, and execute under tight deadlines.
• Experience using social media analytics and publishing platforms.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
• Portfolio or examples of social media work required with application.
