Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital-first media strategies that support AHFC marketing objectives, sales initiatives, and business priorities
- Develop and execute creative strategies for AHFC consumer-facing general market and multicultural advertising campaigns.
- Partner with Customer Experience (CX), MarTech, IT, analytics, and agency teams to support AHFC digital initiatives
- Support enterprise-wide sales, marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, dealer-facing
- Coordinate with AHM social media teams and agency partners to schedule and publish campaign content.
- Assist other Marketing Communications team members with ad hoc projects as needed.
- The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing, media, and customer experience initiatives that support AHFC business objectives, drive consideration of Honda and Acura financing products, and enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, paid search, campaign management, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
- Experience developing and executing digital media strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and emerging digital platforms.
- Experience managing paid search strategy, optimization, reporting, and agency partnerships required
- Experience managing agency relationships and overseeing campaign execution from planning through performance analysis and optimization.
- Experience supporting creative production, digital content development, and asset management processes.
- Experience working on digital product initiatives such as websites, mobile applications, customer journey improvements, or digital experience enhancements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Customer Experience (CX), Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with project management methodologies and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Automotive, financial services, or regulated-industry experience preferred
