Job Summary

Own the Education GTM and launch ecosystem by shaping product marketing strategies, creating launch plans and battlecards, developing demand-gen content with subject-matter experts, and driving sales enablement and collateral across campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Support go-to-market strategy and execution for specific product lines within the Education business unit, under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Marketing
Support the creation, execution, and management of launch plans for new product releases or course releases including relevant customer communications, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Marketing
Conduct competitive research to identify key competitive differentiators and value props, and develop supporting collateral (e.g. battlecards) to drive higher win rates
Produce content marketing assets in collaboration with industry subject matter experts to support demand generation. Content will align with the integrated marketing plan and resonate with key buyers and markets. Content includes but is not limited to blogs, infographics, webinars, guides, and more
Create and update collateral and documentation used in the sales process (e.g. pitch decks, product brochures, etc.) Continuously refine and iterate based on customer and internal feedback
Create and update collateral and resources utilized by Vector’s Education partners to drive adoption and utilization
Interview customers and develop case studies
Understand industry trends, utilize them for marketing campaigns, and share market intel with marketing and sales teams
Support the develop buying personas, including a deep understanding of buying behaviors
Conduct customer research in collaboration with sub-sector Product Marketing Managers (e.g. win-loss interviews, existing customer check-ins) and synthesize findings to support changes in the go-to-market strategy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
1+ years of work experience in marketing or related field
1+ years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS company preferred
Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and desires and translate that into winning marketing strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to create compelling presentations, and long form marketing content to be used in marketing campaigns
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Ability to create and deliver training and enablement sessions for sales
Consistent track record of excellence and driving change to lead to sales growth
