Job Summary

Own and drive mission-driven thrift-content that engages Idaho Youth Ranch audiences, showcases finds and fundraising impact, and supports marketing campaigns through authentic social storytelling.

Content creation across Reels, posts, stories to highlight finds, sales, donation drives, and thrift flips.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaigns and respond to comments to grow awareness and engagement.
Showcase the impact of purchases on youth programs and extend reach through your personal channels when appropriate.

Job Description

Own and drive mission-driven thrift-content that engages Idaho Youth Ranch audiences, showcases finds and fundraising impact, and supports marketing campaigns through authentic social storytelling.

Visiting thrift stores to create fun and engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, etc.)
Highlighting cool finds, sales, donation drives, and thrift flips
Sharing the mission behind each purchase-how it helps fund youth programs across Idaho
Submitting content and a media release to be shared on IYR platforms
(Optional) Posting content on your personal social accounts and tagging Idaho Youth Ranch
Collaborating with our Marketing Team on occasional campaigns or challenges
Responding to comments, engaging with followers, and boosting awareness
