Job Summary
Owns social content engine end to end, balancing brand storytelling, sales-ready content, and recruitment branding across platforms with a data-driven loop for engagement and lead flow.
- Social content ownership: lead strategy, content calendar, and rapid iteration on trends using short-form video and visuals.
- Sales-aligned assets: produce case studies and demos that drive engagement and handoffs to sales.
- Talent-brand storytelling: capture culture and energy to attract high performers and enable recruiting assets.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platform
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging multimedia content, including short-form video (Reels/TikToks), graphics, and copy.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity while adapting messaging for different audience segments.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Manage a detailed content calendar to ensure regular posting and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
- Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop content that addresses customer pain points and highlights product value propositions.
- Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Design and implement social selling strategies to identify and engage potential leads.
- Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Create bottom-of-the-funnel content such as case studies, testimonials, and product demos tailored for social distribution.
- Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Monitor social channels for sales opportunities and facilitate hand-offs to the sales department.
- Recruitment Branding & Talent Attraction: Employer Brand Storytelling: Create compelling video content that highlights our sales channels and the earning potential at Sunrun to attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Recruitment Branding & Talent Attraction: Recruiter Enablement: Develop plug-and-play social assets for our recruiting team to help them source top-tier talent via LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand or creative agency.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your ability to create engaging short-form video and high-performing social campaigns.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the inner workings of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Rush, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Ability to move at the speed of social, prioritizing breaking trends and high-priority brand moments in real-time.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with using AI to enhance creative brainstorming and streamline content production tasks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable being "on-camera" or directing others during content shoots.
