Job Summary
Support Gift’s music community growth by connecting musicians and fans, producing engaging content, and measuring impact to guide strategy.
- Community Growth: Identify collaborators among musicians, creators, and enthusiasts to nurture vibrant music communities.
- Content & Events: Create music-focused content and run community events to deepen engagement.
- Measurement & Strategy: Analyze metrics to inform roadmap and growth priorities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Music Community Growth Intern will support Gift’s efforts to build and engage vibrant music-focused communities.
- Responsibilities include identifying and collaborating with musicians, content creators, and music enthusiasts
- facilitating community events
- creating engaging music-related content
- analyzing community metrics to enhance growth
- The intern will assist in fostering meaningful connections within the music community
- contribute to overall strategy development
- This is a remote contract role.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in Music Performance and Music Production
- Familiarity with the Music Industry, including trends and emerging platforms
- Passion for and understanding of different music genres and communities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in generating ideas
- Interest in community building and engagement
Preferred
- Experience with social media platforms or digital engagement strategies is a plus
